CAP Life Skills - What’s the good news?

CAP Life Skills is a friendly community group where we meet together, share ideas, gain new skills and discover new ways to live. And it’s opening in Buckingham very soon!

If you want to see your money go further, have more time and less hassle in your day-to-day life, improve your health and wellbeing, and much more, then Life Skills is for you.

What does Life Skills involve?
We’ll chat about things like how to eat well, stick to a spending budget and improve our relationships, all in a safe, sociable environment.

How much does it cost?
Absolutely nothing – it’s completely free.

When can I start?
We’re running Taster sessions in Buckingham on Monday March 27th and April 17th. The group will then meet regularly on Monday mornings starting May 15th (except during school holidays), so put those dates in your diary!

We’ll start with refreshments from 9:30am and finish around 11:00. If you’re interested, or just curious, come along to The Centre, Verney Close, MK18 1JP and decide if it’s for you.

Do I have to be a Christian?
Not at all – it’s for everyone.

How do I join?
